We are a highly motivated NDIS provider offering SIL, supported employment and innovative group and social activities in Melbourne’s Outer East. We have been working as a team for almost 20 years as parents and carers of people living with disability. The NDIS provides unprecedented opportunities. We are grateful to be both beneficiaries, and now providers of, these supports that you deserve.
Our Roots

Cast your mind back 20 years, to a time when we didn’t have the unprecedented opportunities of the NDIS
This is when we first started working together to support two remarkable young people living with disability. As we faced challenge after challenge our team grew stronger and stronger. In 2022 one of our team faced a life threatening illness and had to face questions like “what happens if I am not there to care for my children?”, “How do I know they will have the continuity of supports they need?”, and “How do I find a provider I can trust?”. Grow Together Supports was born out of the realisation that the provider was already there – and that the team we have built over the past 20 years has the skills, experience and drive to provide the same stability and support to others.
I've been supported by the Grow Together team for over a year now, and it's made a world of difference. They took the time to understand my needs, goals, and preferences, and tailored the supports to help me live more independently. I feel more confident, connected, and in control of my life than ever before.

What we can offer you
We provide our participants with choices
Choices of what they want to do and when, how they want to live – so that they can focus on what brings them joy in their daily life, interests, hobbies and social participation. We specialise in SIL and tailored group programs that creates homes where participants want to live, and activities participants want to attend. We provide opportunities to participants, their families, our staff and the community, while always remaining grounded in our roots as a community-based provider who are always available to our participants and their support network. With a focus on reducing red tape, you will always have access to the people you need in care planning and management, and your supports.
